The ASIS Austin would like to invite you to our October Meeting at VISA.  Our guest speaker will be Det. West Williams (Austin Police Department) who will give an in-depth explanation about the Austin Regional Intelligence Center (ARIC), who they are and how partnering with them can help stop terrorism and targeted violence in the Austin Metropolitan Area. 

Det Williams is a 17 year veteran of the APD and  has spent most of his time in Special Operations by serving time in SWAT, Executive Protection and Strategic Intelligence.  Det. Williams currently oversees the Threat Liaison Program (TLO) which focuses on teaching about suspicious activity recognition and reporting.
