The Chapter 179 leadership team invites you to join us for the February Chapter meeting. We will return to Maggiano's this month, and will be joined by this month's featured speaker Michael Green with Athena Security. This month's topic will center around the growth of Artifical Intelligence in security technology. Michael will overview AI and it's growing presence in the news, review of current events, and explain some of the recent headlines. There will also be discussion around demistifying the marketing from reality in this emerging technology. Michael Green joined Athena Security, the leading Gun Detection company, as President in April 2019. He spent the last three years managing a team that built Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Compliance applications for the financial services industry, to keep money out of bad people’s hands. Now, he keeps guns out of bad people’s hands. Prior to that, he ran and sold a specialty distribution business, and has always loved technology as the solution to avoiding a Malthusian end. Michael was also recognized as a 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2009 by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
